SLV.Global University Liaison Officer

Location: SLV.Global Office London
Salary: £19-22.5k + Bonuses. Dependant on experience
Contract: 12 months minimum
Hours: Full - Time

Are you a previous volunteer who is keen to continue their SLV.Global journey? This role involves speaking to prospective and previous volunteers about our placements. Therefore this role will only suit those who have taken part in one of our placements abroad. The role requires a minimum commitment of a year, working four-days per week, and involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of SLV.Global, delivering presentations to university students about our placements as well as liaising with other past team members and training them to do the same.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering presentations about SLV.Global’s work
  • Helping to organise educational recruitment-related events by managing internal and external communications
  • Supporting SLV.Global Ambassadors in their promotion of the organisation
  • Assisting with marketing and promotion events and promotions
  •  Working closely with the senior management team to monitor performance

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • First-hand knowledge of at least one SLV.Global placement
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Enthusiasm and energy Passion for SLV.Global's work
  • An ability to work within a close-knit team and a desire make valid contributions
